Delivery Terms & Freight Policy

Orders are shipped via ground carriers from Memphis, Tennessee unless you request air shipping. Free delivery on all orders over $100 in the 48 contiguous states. For AK and HI shipments the minimum is $350. All heavy and hazardous products are shipped via ground carriers due to federal regulations. Shipments outside of the 50 states are all plus freight. First Veterinary Supply reserves the right to determine method of shipping and specific carriers. How long will ground delivery take to reach me?   All orders are shipped via FedEx and originate from our Memphis, TN warehouse in zip code 38141. Use the FedEx Rates and Transit Times calculator to determine the shipping times.
